Week 43

I only have about a month & a half to be ready for my 5 mile leg of my relay team... & I'm totally NOT ready. Yesterday I ran 2 intervals of 1 mile each. On a normal day I'd feel good about that, but knowing that it's not where I need to be gives me a little panic. So today's flashback is to remind me of what accomplishment feels like, to remind me of how hard I worked for that accomplishment, & my mantra "Pain is weakness LEAVING the body!".

This was my first race. A 5k in the dead of winter last year....

  7. Hiya, I noticed you stopped by my blog and I thought I would return the favour! Blimey, running five miles would be an amazing achievement. I don't believe in running because that is why cars were invented ;-)

    Good luck!

    P.S.I am following you now
