But it doesn't stop there. Remember how I said they were making a book? You must not know me well if you think I'd miss that opportunity to show off my Natalie. So how do I turn my otherwise preppy dog into a hipster? hmmm PBR has been done, & I don't know if her preppy stuff would be ironic or just a miss. So I went with the failproof leggings. I had a pair in pink stockings that I got for my role in the murder mystery but didn't use, cut off 1 leg because it was about the right width for a waistband. Then I cut them vertically in 1/2 to make 2 legs, but left the top in tack to be the waist. I don't know how you'd sew stockings so I just hot glued the seam & TAH-DAH! Puppy Leggings!
Keep your fingers crossed for me & Natalie, it would make me SO proud to have her featured in the Hipster Puppies book. I mean, with a name like Natalie-Wood Wolcott she's destined for something BIG.

ReplyDeleteAnd thanks so much for your sweet comment on my post. I'm totally doing that idea!
OMG, you didn't! You know she will find a way to pay you back for that??? Hee hee. My Husky (now in doggy heaven) was SOOOO P.O.d when he was a puppy and we put him in a sweater. His payback was to chew up my hubby's military dress patent leather shoes!
ReplyDeletehaha that's so great! turned out perfect.
