Week 18

I'm heading home to visit the parents this weekend. It's about a 5 hour drive from one side of Pennsylvania to the other, but it's a world of difference. My parents live in the middle of no where. It's terrifying... I need concrete & people, they like deer & isolation. I was talking to Dad the other day about his internet being down & said "Why don't you just go to a coffee shop?"... because they don't have coffee shops! What?!?!

So 10 hours roundtrip & the threat of death by deer... just because I love my parents. It's their Mothers Day & Fathers Day gift, home for a weekend & taking them to dinner. Have a good weekend everyone, & pray that I don't get eaten by a bear!

  5. I love this, because my family live in the middle of nowhere Pennsylvania on a big giant animal-less farm, and as much as I love it, I miss the city something fierce! I'm outside of Johnstown in Windber, Pa
